According to Article 11 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), you have the following rights:

• To learn if your personal data is being processed
• If processed, request information regarding this.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether they have been used in accordance with that purpose.
• Knowing third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or internationally
• Request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.
• Request deletion or destruction within the conditions provided in the KVKK
• Requesting notification to third parties regarding corrections, deletions, and destruction processes of personal data
• Objection to any adverse outcome arising from the analysis of data solely through automatic systems.
• If you suffer damage due to illegal processing, demand compensation for the damage.

Your applications will be processed free of charge within the shortest possible time and no later than 30 days. A fee may be charged at the rate determined by the Personal Data Protection Board if the process requires additional costs.
